Metart di Oliveri Luigi, Data controller (Article 28 of Legislative Decree 196/03), wishes to provide all information on the processing of personal data (Article 4 of Legislative Decree 196/03) and their purposes.

The personal data processed are exclusively those you spontaneously released by filling in the registration forms on our websites (name, surname, postal address, telephone number, email address, etc.) or, in any case, deducible from its participation in promotions or of advertising, offered to customers.

The provision of personal data (name, surname, address, e-mail address) is mandatory to use the services for the purchase of our products. Failure to release them will not allow ADJewels to execute the service.

The provision of other personal identification data (telephone number, date of birth, tax code) is optional and accessory with respect to the execution of the service.

Purposes of data processing
The data you provide will be used exclusively for the completion of the sale and stored for tax reasons.
Secondly an explicit consent will be required for the use of your data for marketing purposes, this option is to be considered optional and not binding to the order fulfillment

Data transfer to third parties
During the processing of orders and to finalize the delivery, the personal data of customers, such as, Name, Surname, address, will be communicated to the G3 Worldwide Mail s.r.l , for use exclusively reserved for delivery of the order and can not be used for no other purpose.

Rights of the interested parties
In particular, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, may request to know the existence of data processing that concerns it; to obtain without delay the communication of the same data and their origin, the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law; updating, rectification or integration of data; the attestation that the aforementioned operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been communicated.
The cancellation of the communicated data will not be carried out if the person concerned has made purchases within the site, in this case, the data will be kept for the normal administrative, accounting and fiscal activity (subject to legal obligations) foreseen in Italy and throughout Europe, as per article 17 paragraph 3 letter B (of GDPR -UE 2016/679)
